Stress is an emotion just like any other. Your breath is an indicator of your surroundings. By controlling your breath you can balance and start to control your emotions.
In this training session you will be guided through a breathing technique that will serve you in all other breathwork techniques. You will learn the basic breath. Our unconscious breathing has kept us alive, learning how to breath consciously will help us live and achieve the outcome we want. Be in control of what you feel and how long you feel it. This basic breathing is the foundation to your breathwork journey.
Through breath we can control our mind's direction and attention
This class will introduce you to a breathing pattern that provides better than traditional cognitive treatment to reduce both symptoms of panic attack and hyperventilation. By learning how to normalize our breathing pattern we can better regulate our CO2 levels, increase oxygen exchange and allow our body to regulate. Learn to stop panic and anxiety at the first sign. Then learn to live a life of calm awareness.
A true gift to us are the breaths of joy. These beautiful breathing techniques uplift your mood, give you more energy, bring you into the moment and give you the space to be happy. In this class we will learn to breathe to reduce stress and increase euphoria. We'll explore what it is to be happy and learn that joy is just breaths away.
Most all breathwork will improve your health but there are some that are more beneficial for physical health than others. This class focuses on the rhythmic movement of our diaphragm to create an oxygen rich environment for optimal healing and health. Our exhale is also a huge part of our health because 70% of our toxins are exhaled. Relax into your body, increase the function of your major organs, give your heart a massage, detoxify and so much more.
The definition of fear is the belief that there is danger. Fear is an emotion that can hold us back even though there is no danger. In this breathwork class we explore fear and learn to breathe through it. This allows us to regain our power, so fear can no longer hold us back and steal happiness from the moments of our life. Separate from fear and release the anchor to reach your full potential.

On our way through life we need a destination. Find your destination, clear any emotional blocks, lower your stress level and become closer to your intuition.

Breathing is conscious and unconscious, creating a bridge between the two. This class teaches how to use conscious breathing to enter into deep meditation. With your body in a state of complete relaxation and your breath signaling to your brain that you are safe, you can transform the emotions attached to memories, reducing or eliminating triggers.
